Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Alt + A
This operator will make the selected objects adjust in scale and rotation to follow the extreme objects. The first and last objects of the selection will set the scale and rotation to be followed by all the intermediate objects.
Steps to follow:
Adjust the rotation and scale of the objects that will be the extremes of the selection.
Select several objects having the previously adjusted ones as the start and end of the selection.
Press the "Adjust Scale Rotation Inter" button to adjust the intermediate objects to the scale and rotation of the extreme objects.
